Trenton L. "Trent" Kelly joined the Ross Law Group in October 2009 after practicing for several years as
a corporate and insurance defense lawyer in Palm Beach, Florida. With his diverse background and trial experience, Mr. Kelly adds a unique perspective to the firm's practice.
Mr. Kelly was born on January 24, 1980 in Warren, Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where he graduated with Bachelors of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, Leflar Law Center.
After law school, Mr. Kelly worked for two years as a portfolio manager at a Top Ten National Bank before returning to the law. During that time, he gained valuable real world experience in corporate regulation and finance and also developed an "eye for detail" that has proven to be invaluable in his law practice.
Immediately prior to joining Ross Law Group, Mr. Kelly was a Division Leader at a large defense firm in Florida where he primarily represented corporate and insurance clients. While in that position, Mr. Kelly handled a wide variety of corporate and insurance defense matters, including business litigation, products liability, industrial and motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and first-party insurance cases. Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in leading and directing pre-trial efforts for his clients and has served as second chair attorney at multiple jury trials in which his clients obtained favorable verdicts.
In October of 2009, Mr. Kelly was given the opportunity to join the attorneys at Ross Law Group as an attorney of counsel and became an associate with the firm in May of 2010. His practice is primarily focused on civil and business litigation, insurance bad faith and personal injury.
